Wondering about what to expect when you book?
Here’s a short break-down.
ORDER OF OPERATIONS: 1. We start with an initial booking inquiry form, found at the bottom of this page. 2. We send you back a response, including an estimate and a “what to expect” form. 3. We hear back from you confirming our collaboration, and then we’re on the road!
CONTRACT: The Rushlight Music Company takes our relationship with you, our client, very seriously. If you do decide to work with us, we will happily send you a contract that outlines the details of our service with you. This contract will include details on venue, timing, fee, and any other needs either the client or the musicians might have.
PLANNING: Our manager is happy to meet with you to discuss in person what you need for your event. We will also correspond through email detailing what information we might need from you, and vice versa. Throughout the process of planning for your event, we will always be available via email/phone so that if you need to change your music selection, venue, or any other component to your event, we will know about it.
DAY-OF: For the actual day of the event, Rushlight will provide you an itinerary sheet, and already will have designated a contact person: either the manager or one of the musicians will act as your contact, and will physically be there the day of your event. They will be filled in with everything you have outlined to us, and thusly will act as your “music manager.”
BILLING:
After you have contacted us, we will give you an estimate that details our fee structure. In order to secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit before the event (click here to make an online payment), with the remaining paid no more than 48 hours after the event is finished. To add an open rehearsal, there will be an additional fee.
